The police arrested an individual exhibiting harassing and abrupt behavior. The individual’s modus operandi consisted of following random women in the street and on public transport, then approaching them insistently, before offering them flowers or jewelry. Some women were also grabbed by the arms or embraced by this man. To date, there are five victims aged between 16 and 40, three of whom have filed complaints in recent weeks.
