Alpian has finalized its Series C financing: 36 million CHF have been secured in 2023, with the other 40 million awaiting approval by regulatory authorities. If accepted, the Italian group Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, already present within Alpian since 2022, would become a majority shareholder of the Geneva digital bank.

According to the bank’s press release, the first months of 2024 are presented as promising, both in terms of its client base which has more than doubled, and the assets under management, close to CHF 100 million.

Gianmarco Bonaita, Managing Director of Alpian, is enthusiastic about the possibilities offered by this fundraising: “Thanks to this strengthened partnership and additional capital, we are now in a unique position to accelerate our growth and continue to redefine the banking as well as wealth management in Switzerland.”
