Rosso Senegal, October 5 (APS) – The Deputy Prefect of the Dagana department, Lazare Faye, urged, on Saturday, the populations as well as community actors to “more involvement in cleaning activities with the aim of” preserve an ideal living environment”.
“I invite the populations, educational actors, sports and cultural associations, women’s groups, to be more involved in these activities at the level of our households and our communities to preserve an ideal living environment”, a- he declared.
Hubert Lazare was speaking at the end of a visit to schools in Dagana and Rosso Senegal, on the occasion of the fifth edition of the national cleaning day dedicated to schools.
At the Rosso stage, the administrative authority said it was satisfied with the progress of the activity, which, according to him, must be an “appropriation of the populations”.
He welcomed the participation of the Rosso Bridge Management Unit, the project owner of the day, the local authority, the heads of decentralized State services.
