“If we don’t worry about our fundamental freedom now, the next time we have to defend it, it will be with arms. We will no longer be able to do otherwise,” assures Richard Koller, member of the “For Freedom and Physical Integrity” initiative committee. Strong words for an essential battle in his eyes: erecting the body into “the last bastion of freedom”.

The initiative submitted to the people on June 9 aims to guarantee the freedom of everyone to determine for themselves whether they agree to receive an injection or an implant in their body. This concerns vaccines, but also subcutaneous chips, nanoparticles and genetic manipulation. The text of the initiative carried by the Swiss Freedom Movement further indicates that “if the person concerned refuses to give consent, they must neither be inflicted with a penalty nor suffer social or professional harm”.
