In spring, let yourself be guided on the cycle paths of the Drôme

One pedal stroke and you were going the pleasure of effort and the discovery of striking landscapes. In the Drôme, cycle tourism is booming. From April to October, amateurs or cyclists with strong legs, the trails are accessible to all. Here are some cycling routes in the Drôme to discover the spectacular sites of the departments.

The ViaRhôna

815 kilometers long, the ViaRhôna allows you to connecting Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean while following the course of the Rhône. Across three regions and twelve departments, it was designed in the spirit of “common space”. Cyclists actually share the road with rollerbladers and pedestrians.

The VéloDrôme

This Véloroute follows 40 kilometers of small paths and municipal roads in the lower valley of the Drôme river, from Loriol to Saillans. a 130-kilometer mountain bike route runs along the Drôme river and allows you to discover the Drôme Valley in complete tranquility.

The Beautiful Via

For 10 years, the V63 has run along the Isère river for 42 kilometers, from Châteauneuf-sur-Isère (the Isère-Rhône confluence) to Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans. This is an opportunity to discover the heritage and natural riches of the Portes du Royans, Romans-sur-Isère and Drôme des Collines. A complete 215 km route that takes you between lakes, mountains and valleys. In addition to the routes along the Isère, three footbridges, metal structures with a total span of 152 meters, were built to cross the river and travel from one bank to the other.
