Patrick Fischer has selected the 24 players he will take to the Czech Republic for the hockey world. Among them, Christoph Bertschy, Andrea Glauser and Tristan Scherwey. Gottéron’s (Zurich) goalkeeper, Reto Berra, is also on the trip.

The selection for the ice hockey world championship is known. Patrick Fischer has selected the 24 players who will accompany him to the Czech Republic for the tournament which will begin on May 10. Among them, three from Friborg. Christoph Bertschy, Tristan Scherwey and Andrea Glauser will be on the trip, as will Zurich goalkeeper from Fribourg-Gottéron Reto Berra.

Andrea Glauser will not be the only National League finalist there. His teammate Ken Jäger was also selected. On the Zurich side, Sven Andrighetto, Christian Marti and Dean Kukan will represent the very recent Swiss champions. Patrick Fischer’s team will begin their world championship on Friday, against Norway.
