Le Jardin dans la Vallée, an associative place offering various activities in Bransles (Seine-et-Marne), will welcome the public this Saturday, October 5. This site, run by the Drevet family, combines artisanal trades, traditional methods and contemporary knowledge.

The garden is distinguished by several initiatives. Léo grows fruits and vegetables according to the principles of permaculture and respects the standards of organic farming. Clément prepares hand-kneaded sourdough bread, baked in a traditional Roman-style oven. At the same time, Carole, Megumi, Karouna, Léo and Clément offer well-being activities, such as yoga, tai chi, kung fu, the Feldenkrais method and forest climbing.

Music to end the day

This year, the Garden also welcomes local producersoffering a range of gourmet products such as organic honey, raw milk cheeses, cold meats, free-range eggs, as well as craft beers.

Friendly activities are also planned, such as carriage rides, pony rides for families and a concert of French songs from 8 p.m.

Among the participants are Raw Cheese Power, a cheese specialist present in various markets, the Charpentiers du Bignon-Mirabeau farm, the Luna’in brewery in Nanteau-sur-Lunain, the Aurore Mériot equestrian center in Bransles, as well as the musical group Les Mutineers.
