It is with the feeling of duty accomplished that I leave the General Management of FONSIS. A feeling marked by particular serenity, notably with the appointment of the Deputy General Director at the head of the structure.
My devoted younger brother Babacar Gning who demonstrated his competence to me throughout our fruitful collaboration. I am delighted with this internal promotion, which I am convinced will be the first step towards completing the many projects started together so far.
I wish him good luck alongside all the agents without exception, with whom we have progressed in rigor and professionalism underpinned by fraternal harmony.
At the same time, I would like to thank all my colleagues over the last decade, during my various missions, for their dedication and commitment to me. Special mention to my family, for their patience and understanding, having always considered my smallest tasks in the service of the Republic, as a priesthood. I can say the same for my extended family, Yoff who, whatever the situation, always ends up showing me the reciprocity of the intrinsic love that I have had for him since my early childhood.
Last but not least!
I particularly thank President Macky Sall for the trust he has shown in me throughout his tenure, by putting me at the head of major stations, thus allowing me to play my part in the development policies he has had to be defined for the exclusive interest of Senegal.
