Premiere of “Tache”: Simon Delisle in all his intensity

Simon Delisle presented himself in front of his peers Tuesday evening at Place des Arts like a ton of bricks.

Intense, energetic, and talkative, the comedian, who scratches as much as he punches, delivered the premiere of his second solo show in the fifth room, attached.

In this new well-crafted proposal, Simon Delisle addresses with a good layer of self-deprecation the notion of “stain” from every angle, literally and figuratively, laughing in particular at his atypical appearance, his vitiligo and his chronic diseases.

Combining classic stand-up with observations and personal anecdotes, the comedian, who easily knew how to reach his targets with his jokes, most of them tinged with cynicism, spoke in all humility about having started consulting a psychologist during the pandemic for his outbursts. The latter made him aware of the losses he had not experienced in life and for which he developed mechanisms to avoid them.
