High-caliber speakers

Here are the guest speakers at ÉVOLUTION:

  • Dominique Roychef and co-owner of Eleven Madison Park: DARE!

Exclusively for ÉVOLUTION, Dominique Roy does us the honor of returning to Quebec, the land of his childhood, to share the keys to the success of Eleven Madison Park. He explains to us through this adventure how he and his team were able to push their limits. It will be a question of creativity, ability to adapt and respect for values, essential notions in the overhaul of a model in line with growing customer demand.

  • Elizabeth Abbatiellopartner and vice-president of communications and outreach at Pizza Salvatoré: Salvatoré’s crazy ride!

Spokeswoman for a family of restaurateurs in full swing, Élisabeth takes stock of the progress made at the rate of opening every two weeks. From communication to supply challenges, through brand image and obtaining permits and authorizations, it provides us with complete transparency several slices of life in a context where everything converges towards a single objective: respecting the opening dates announced.

  • Neil Thompsonvice president of Digital HMSHost: Technology and customer experience: an inseparable duo

True incubators of new technologies, catering outlets established in travel locations such as airports constitute benchmarks in terms of customer experience. Neil Thompson, expert in operational and digital transformation, will talk to us about the key stages of good implementation, sharing experiences in the field to support this.

  • Jean-François BertholetHR consultant: Team engagement in the new world of work: where are we going?

Following developments in the world of work sometimes makes you dizzy. The transformations are accelerating and we find ourselves without reference. With humility, this conference aims to reflect on the transformations in the world of work that we will have to monitor carefully – and rigorously – over the coming years. How to find your way there? What are the implications for your business and industry?

Discovery of products and technologies

The experience would not be complete without discovering food and technology products, accessible at the temporary counters in the food court, which will be dressed in the colors of the event’s partners. Dishes made from products from participating suppliers will be offered.

“The industry is moving so fast! Taking the time to meet, to discuss, to measure ourselves against industry best practices and to meet stakeholders who have the resources to help us move forward faster: that’s what evolving is all about, comments Robert Dion, founder and publisher of HRImag. EVOLUTION day is definitely your business intelligence meeting. »
