The CPME du Gard will distinguish on Thursday December 12, 2024, at the Kinépolis cinema, nine companies committed and responsible for the region.
The CPME du Gard will present nine trophies to committed and responsible companies on Thursday, December 12.The CPME du Gard has been defending businesses (VSEs and SMEs) in the Gard region for 25 years. We want to reward small businesses with fewer than 50 employees who have a CSR initiative and who are not necessarily members of the CPME.” presents Sabrina Jean, president of the CPME du Gard.
Applications start on October 1st and close on November 15th. A CSR commission made up of members of the CPME and partner establishments of the event such as the Occitanie region, the Alesian towns, Rhone Gard and Nîmes Métropole, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, will choose the winners. For Fabrice Verdier, vice-president of the Occitanie region “We support this exemplary operation, as soon as we hear about CSR, we want to support these initiatives in the Region. In particular through the systems that we have in place in the Region.”
There are 8 categories dedicated to VSEs with fewer than 50 employees:
– Sustainable suppliers for a sustainable business
– Quality of life at work
– Responsible Digital
– Inclusive recruitment
– Collaborative management
– Social commitment of the company in its territory
– Environmental management
– Communication responsable
Finally, a ninth category will reward a company with more than 50 employees that meets all of these criteria.
“We want to bring great stories out of the woodwork, including outside the big Gard cities. Each company is concerned in its playing field by all these themes. There is no money to be won but progress and visibility” explains Vincent Martin in charge of this competition for the CPME.
