He denounces the delay in studying the files “which far exceeds the four months provided for in the law, putting many people in danger”, the Compensation Plan Proposal (PPC) “which is not systematically sent to applicants prior to the study by the commission”, the modification, “contrary to the law, the internal regulations of the CDAPH 35 which include the fact that the hearings are carried out by a select committee”the deadlines for implementing payments of the Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH) “become enormous (six months…), this puts the people concerned in alarming situations”the new Departmental Autonomy Plan for the period 2023-2028 which mentions the creation of reception places in establishments for disabled people, “this does not correspond to the commitments made by France to apply the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, although ratified in 2010, which advocates the principles of independent living and deinstitutionalization. »
