Tenth in Ligue 2 (46 points), Amiens, which travels to Bastia on Friday, can no longer get involved in the fight for promotion and has a sufficient lead over Troyes, 17th and first relegation (37 points), to not no longer be worried about a possible descent. While there is still one match to play at Picards at home on May 10, against Auxerre, the club has decided to make a rare gesture “in a spirit of fair play and solidarity”.

On this occasion, the ASC has indeed decided to reserve a platform for supporters of AJ Auxerre, the leader of the Championship on very good track to move up to Ligue 1. “Due to a significant demand from Auxerre supporters to support their team during this crucial meeting two days before the end of the Championship, the South Stand will be exclusively reserved for them”announced the club in a press release this Thursday.

The press release specifies that subscribers to this stand will, for the occasion, be placed on the other side of the Crédit Agricole la Licorne stadium. While calling on supporters to “support our team with the same fervor, wherever you are in the stadium”.
