Access to care and prevention, vulnerable and disabled populations, perinatal care, sexual health and mental health. Here are the five main axes retained by the of Savigny-le-Temple to direct its local health contract. The latter was made official on Thursday April 25, with its official signing in the wedding hall of the Domaine La Grange-La Prévôtéin the presence of the Savignian mayor, Marie- Pichery, and the various project partners, such as the Seine-et-Marne Regional Health Agency, CPAM 77, Family Planning, the Addictions Association and even the South Ile-de-France hospital group.

“This signature is the culmination of long months of work,” explains Marie-Line Pichery. We started from an observation that many cities made: we lacked general practitioners. In 15 years, we must have lost around ten! So, we did things, we created medical homes, for example, but we quickly realized that creating walls is not enough. This does not mean that we find general practitioners. We therefore left on another path, that of networking, with partners, who are there today…”

It’s an ambitious, but realistic contract

Hélène Marie, director of the departmental delegation of the Regional Health Agency 77

This CLS is largely based on the Territorial Professional Health Community (CPTS), born during the health crisis, and which today brings together around a hundred members in the Sénart territory, and on SEMSA, a Society of mixed economy which manages four medical centers and facilitates the installation of specialists in the region.

“It is a CLS of high quality,” says Daniel Bouquet, president of CPAM 77. “First of all, there is a very objective and very complete inventory which perfectly characterizes the situation, with strong markers. And the action program is going in the right direction, and is part of a partnership synergy. There is reason to be optimistic, this is going in the right direction…”

Many people have also praised the work carried out to achieve this contract, like Hélène Marie, director of the departmental delegation of the Regional Health Agency. “Even if health is not part of the responsibilities of a municipality, Savigny-le-Temple has chosen to take on this project, with a relevant diagnosis, which focuses on certain important points, such as the question of aging, or perinatality, with the role of the father in particular. It’s an ambitious contract, but realistic.”

With numerous tools such as the CCA, social centers, Family Planning hotlines, the Territorial Autonomy Center, PMI hotlines, or even training for 12 municipal agents on first aid in mental health, the City has built a health network to better support patients on a daily basis. Without forgetting, in September 2024, the opening of the Ailes Déployé Hospital Houses, with 25 places in day care for people in the process of integration.
