Diva: progress report before the court postponed to May 15

Placed in receivership last March, the company was due to appear before the Lyon commercial court this Thursday, May 2. The hearing was finally postponed to the 15th.

A step point. Diva had to appear before the Lyon commercial court to take stock of the situation of the company placed in receivership two months ago. The hearing was finally adjourned to Wednesday May 15.

Diva France and its employees fight day after day not to see the brand disappear. “Each month that passes is a victory for the company”, image Camille Besson, communications manager at Diva.

Le Coteau: Diva employees behind a factory sale to replenish the coffers

Last weekend, employees organized a factory sale which attracted more than 2,000 visitors to the company’s premises in Le Coteau. The sale made it possible to raise cash with a revenue of around 150,000 euros. Employees say they are satisfied with this sale. “We thought we would make €50,000,” says Yannick Michaud, CGT union representative at Diva.

The next few weeks promise to be decisive for the future of the company and its 119 employees. We will now have to wait until May 15 to find out more.
