Sourdough becomes quite an adventure alongside Matthieu, a passionate young entrepreneur at the head of an atypical organic bakery. This adopted Dieppe, originally from Picardy, fell in love with this “authentic” city where he regularly came to stay as a child.
Now a father and in search of meaning like many millennials, he has made a complete reconversion, moving from audiovisual to bread. He trained at the International Bakery School in Noyers-sur-Jabron and chose an unusual but caring work organization.
