The show opened with a little wet-look Y2K top and suit pants with oversized volumes. The top was dipped in resin to appear as if it had been molded directly onto the body, as were the strapless floral-print dresses that followed. If the frame of these was structured, the fabric was worked to give the impression that it was floating in the air. Victoria Beckham also declines the silky dress version trend (we know his passion for slip dresses) with cleverly orchestrated pleats. We’ve been talking a lot (a lot) about transparency for several seasons as the trend has become a phenomenon. Victoria Beckham revived it on the catwalk of his show, offering new ingenious ways to wear it. Exit the eternal naked dressthe designer offers a series of surprising shoes: pointed oxfords in transparent mesh or transparent pumps decorated with a plexiglass heel.

Sexy cutouts
It’s a fact: Victoria Beckham is a fan of tailoring and formalwear. This season more than ever, she wanted to highlight the female body, in a subtle way. This is how she designed a completely unstructured costume, made up of pants with a slit revealing part of the thigh, giving the wearer a slightly cheeky attitude, and a double-breasted jacket that she stripped down one sleeve. The pencil skirt initially hindering the silhouette is transformed into a transparent slip skirt, while the bodysuit is worn very low-cut with a leather biker jacket.
