A measure put in place since the end of the regulated gas sales pricewhich allows operators to freely set the prices they apply.

This price increase marks “is explained by a slight increase in wholesale market prices of natural gas”justifies the Energy Regulatory Commission on his website. Operators should therefore logically follow this indicator and increase their gas bills.

Only job seekers and employees whose training is partially funded by the employer are not concerned. Although the implementing decree has not yet been published, the government has indicated that it wanted the measure to be implemented in May.

From May 15 until January 1, 2025, it will no longer be necessary to provide an energy performance diagnosis (EPD) to access the gesture-based route aids.

THE single-action subsidies (a single renovation act on the accommodation) are also reinstated in Ma Prime Rénov’ (they were excluded since January 1).
