Update April 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.

Quebec is currently stuck between two systems, but certain regions are not affected and will be entitled to a nicer week than others. Forecast.

In short :

Between two systems

A first cloud system coming from Ontario extends over the southwestern part of the province and brings an overflow of clouds.

To the east of Quebec, another system is preparing to leave the province after bringing clouds and precipitation.

Between the two, in central Quebec, the situation is calmer. The regions of Chaudière-Appalaches, Quebec, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and Mauricie are therefore among the lucky sectors which will be entitled to clearer skies this week.

Bad news for affected regions

This Monday will be relatively a beautiful day for the majority of regions. The two exceptions are eastern Quebec, which will continue to receive , and the north, where it will be cloudy.

If you live in the south or west of Quebec, take advantage of the last hours of good before the arrival of gray weather, which will color the coming week. From Monday evening, the system will enter this sector. By Thursday morning, up to thirty millimeters are expected, including for the Outaouais.
