In a nice match between Lyon and Monaco, Saïd Benrahma was started and managed to deliver an assist before scoring a goal for his team’s victory 3-2.
The Monegasques opened the scoring in the first minute through striker Benyedder but OL came back into the match in the 22nd minute.e minute by captain Alexandre Lacazette on an assist from Saïd Benrahma.
The latter managed to give his team the advantage a few minutes later on a cross from Lacazette, Benrahma at the penalty spot, controls the ball, dribbles the defender and shoots into the net from the Monaco goalkeeper (24th).
In the second period Monaco managed to come back into this match by scoring the equalizing goal on the hour mark through Benyedder but in the 83e minute, OL regained the advantage by scoring a third and final goal in this match and won three precious points for their race for a European competition next season.
With this victory Lyon remains 7th in the ranking, a few points from a European place.
