Thaï Café, the art of Thai cuisine everywhere in Belgium
Descriptive text here

This is one of the successes of the last ten years in the Horeca sector: with around twenty restaurants spread between the Brussels region, the south of the country and now also on the Flemish side, Thaï Café offers a corner of Thailand on its doorstep. The brand has been able to focus from the start on pleasant cuisine, full of flavor and healthy. “Most of the products come from the short circuit, or even organic, when possible,” explains Michel De Bloos, head of the company he launched with his partner Angel Zheng in the early 2000s. with a first Thai Café in Ixelles. Thai vegetables grown in the Brussels region, chicken guaranteed without antibiotics and Belgian beef are among the recipes. The concept ? This is what Americans call “fast casual”, that is to say relaxed restaurants, fairly quick without being in “fast food” mode, not too expensive but with service, wines and cocktails, and emphasis on food quality. A very attractive concept that appeals, vegetarians are not left out. The dishes, from which flavor enhancers are exempt, are prepared by Thai cooks: soups, cold, crispy or hot starters, salads, curry, wok, street food and daily specials combine a variety of ingredients including rice, fish, spicy salad, vegetables and sometimes a meat base (beef, pork or chicken). Combining the best of Indian and Chinese gastronomic traditions, this cuisine, among the most renowned and appreciated in the world, represents a magnificent cultural heritage, of which Thaï Café can be proud. A well-thought-out wine list and varied beers complete the offering, as does a take-out or delivery service. Please note that the brand, with total transparency, is temporarily asking for a contribution of €1 per meal due to the energy crisis.
