A real meeting of the academic and socio-economic world

“The duty of SMEs is to get closer to students.” These are the words spoken by Fabrice Haenni during his presentation to the public. Much more than an eloquence competition, this event is a real opportunity for SMEs to meet graduates of the Haute Ecole de Gestion, to learn about their work, their personality and why not recruit these future graduates. It is also a great showcase for future players in the economy. This competition allows them to showcase their expertise but also their interpersonal skills to personalities from the Valais economic world.

Margot Burget, the big winner

It was Margot Burget, a tourism student, who convinced both the jury and the public. She won the Jury Prize and the Public Prize for her work entitled Proposals for improvement to make Valais an adapted and welcoming tourist destination for families with a child with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). With a fluid and touching presentation, Margot won unanimous approval, highlighting important societal issues for the development of inclusive tourism.

A resounding success

This third edition of the competition was once again a great success, with 11 brilliantly prepared candidates and an almost full room. The enthusiasm for this event continues to grow, both among the participants and the public.

The Haute Ecole de Gestion would like to warmly thank the sponsors and partners who made this edition possible. The members of the jury, as well as the stage expression coach, Bernard Sartoretti, artistic director of the Teatro Comico, were also recognized for their investment. A big congratulations to the participants and to Margot Burget for their remarkable performances.
