No surprises this morning! Conditions weather report are wintery in the mountains. As planned in our previous bulletins weather, the snow is back. Last night, snowflakes covered the ground in our mountain ranges, particularly in the Lozère department. The rain-snow limit has lowered around 1000 meters altitude.
A dusting is visible this Thursday April 18 in the morning on the site’s webcam images inforoute48.fr. A few flakes continue to fall in showers during the day. There snow holds on vegetation but also on roads around 1400 meters altitude, on the Mont-Lozère, Aubrac and the Margeride. Here are some pictures.
Aigoual under the snow too
The massif of Aigoual was also entitled to his fine film of snow. We observe it this morning on the images from the webcam of the Alti Aigoual ski resort. A few snowflakes are still possible through showers this Thursday.
They will also fall on the heights of Aveyron. Sometimes, showers may be accompanied by sleet on the reliefs of Hérault and of Aude this Thursday afternoon.
