The Art of Murder: Summary and Cast

A young artist in the making, Chloé dreams of a career in painting. When an old lady in her care entrusts her with a painting, she discovers that the work is the only proof of a series of murders targeting several women, all painted by the same artist. She tries to discover the author of the paintings while her agent pushes her to believe that they are by her, in order to launch her career. But is the author of the murders the same as that of the paintings? The murderer may be closer than she thinks…

Beautiful, rich and deadly: summary and casting

Betty is a teacher. Newly arrived in Chicago, she is happy to find an old friend, Jackie, thanks to whom she meets Aaron, the latter’s brother-in-law. Between them, the understanding is immediate. Aaron suggests that Betty spend the summer with her parents in California. Jackie accompanies them. Aaron’s family is a multi-millionaire and owns a lavish villa. Betty does not enjoy this little paradise for long. His sleep is disturbed by nightmares. She hears women screaming for help. She and Aaron get engaged before things get out of hand. One evening, he seems to see someone dragging a body across the yard. Going out to inspect the premises, she is attacked.
