BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé (Thermal)
Born in 2019, the first generation of BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé (F44) is taking early retirement. It leaves room for a new generation (F74) which is not necessarily one. Indeed, like the BMW 1 Series which has just been renewed and which shares its underside with the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé, it is rather a profound restyling since the technical base between F44 and F74 is the same. In any case, this Series 2 Gran Coupé begins its commercial career by displaying the same front end as the new Series 1, it gains in the process 2 cm more lengthwise (4.55 m) and 3 cm more in height (1.45 m) while maintaining the same wheelbase (2.67 m). It receives Series 1 engines in its engine compartment and its running gear benefits from new settings while in the passenger compartment, a large curved digital panel faces the driver. and replaces the separate elements of the previous generation. This four-door coupe is available from €42,450.
FEBRUARY
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (Thermal)
It is in February that American motorists will be able to order the new generation of the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. For the moment, marketing in Europe and here in France is not on the agenda. To get a good idea of this new American car, you should know that it is the most powerful V8 engine car mass-produced by an American manufacturer. It is true that the twin-turbocharged LT7 V8 has been revised so that the Corvette ZR1 can display 1,064 hp and 1,123 Nm of torque! Enough to slightly disappoint even the slightest sports driver since it exists in a convertible version and can reach a top speed of 346 km/h. If the production version was not enough to turn heads in its wake, you can install the ZTK performance kit which is available with a more imposing wing than that of the “normal” version and numerous aerodynamic elements in carbon fiber.

Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 Coupé (Thermal)
The Stuttgart brand is not turning its back on the V8, and it is an engine of this type which will equip the future Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 Coupé. This model, which will also exist as a convertible, will have a twin-turbo V8 which could be micro-hybrid. For the moment, only camouflaged prototypes of this car have been photographed and we do not yet know the power of this new model. Some sources suggest a power close to 600 hp.

Lexus LFR (Thermal)
Lexus is preparing a supercar which should take the name Lexus LFR and will be the heir to the Lexus LFA, a coupe equipped with a V10 and which was produced from 2010 to 2012 in only 500 units. The new Lexus LFR coupe should also be produced in a few copies to remain as exclusive a model as possible. On the other hand there will be changes under its long engine hood, since the beauty should receive a hybrid V8 to power it. Sporty drivers can rest assured, this electrified V8 block should display a power much higher than the 560 hp of the Lexus LFA. Whatever happens, on the road this car will not go unnoticed with its aerodynamic excrescences such as this high rear wing. While waiting for the discovery of the production car, we can contemplate the camouflaged prototypes racing down the Nordschleife track.

Mercedes CLA (Thermal + Electric)
It’s still just a camouflaged prototype, but the new Mercedes CLA promises to cause a sensation when it is discovered in the second quarter of 2025. Because it adopts the new MMA platform designed primarily for compact electric models. But this car will not only be electric since it will adopt after its launch a 48V hybrid gasoline engine designed with Chinese partner Geely, which will be available in three power levels (136, 163 and 190 hp) in traction or 4Matic all-wheel drive. As for the electric versions, they will be either propulsion or four-wheel drive, the first will have a 272 hp unit, the second will be equipped with a second 109 hp engine, these versions will all have a gearbox. two-speed gearsthe second engaging from 110 km/h. Two batteries (58 and 85 kWh) are on the menu for this car which will benefit from a “One Pedal” function and an 800 volt architecture facilitating recharges (recovery of 300 km in 10 minutes of charging) also thanks to a peak charging capacity of 320 kW. For this car, the brand announces up to 750 km of autonomy with the most efficient version. The Mercedes CLA will later be available in a “shooting brake” body.

BMW M2 CS (Thermal)
If the new BMW M2 is already on sale in the dealerships of the propeller brand, the latter is preparing an even sharper version which will have more power than the 480 hp of the normal version of the M2. The one which should in all likelihood be called M2 CS should see its six-cylinder 3.0 biturbo develop the tidy power of 525 hp, which is only five horsepower less than a BMW M4 Competition! This is enough to scare everyone off the radar! For the moment, it is a BMW CS Racing (a still unofficial surname) which serves as the basis for development. A car which even took part in NLS 5, the fifth event of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (formerly VLN), an endurance series which is run on the legendary Nürburgring circuit. This race was a real life-size test session for this BMW CS Racing which, in the hands of drivers Max Hesse and Jens Klingmann, navigated the difficult Nordschleife track for four hours in difficult weather conditions. The data collected during this event will be used to refine the settings of the future M2 Racing, but also the future M2 CS.

Honda Prelude (Thermal)
It is in the first half of 2026 that the new Honda Prelude will be marketed in Europe, but it should be previewed at the end of 2025 since it will be launched first in the United States. This model, which has already been presented in the form of a concept car at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2023, will use a new Mid-Size modular platform and will have a self-charging hybrid engine of around 200 hp. This engine will use Honda’s e:HEV technology and will have a 2.0 gasoline unit and two electric motors, one serving as a generator, the other driving the wheels. In terms of style, there will not be much to do with previous generations, remember that the last generation of this car (the fifth) retired in 2021. The new Prelude should be close to what the 2023 concept car revealed, in any case this is what seems to emerge from the analysis of the camouflaged prototypes taken on photos on the open road.
December
Maserati C25 (Thermal)
Faced with a drop in production and a reduction in workforce, The Maserati brand is going through a rough patch and needs a new model to boost morale. The new Maserati C25 coupe could serve as a cure for the gloom. The Maserati MC25 is a more efficient version of the Maserati MC20 which it should replace. It should be more aggressive by opting for aerodynamic elements inspired by those of the Maserati MC20 GT2 Stradale (see photo), a car reserved for circuit racing. The Nettuno V6 engine could benefit from a slight increase in power to approach 650 hp (it develops 630 hp on the MC20). This MC25 coupe could be revealed at the end of the year after the arrival of the convertible on the same basis which should be called Maserati MC25 Cielo. PRegarding a possible electric version (Folgore) of this car, it seems that the limited sales of electric models (Grecale Folgore and Granturismo Folgore) from Maserati have calmed the enthusiasm of the Italian brand which could ignore an MC25 Folgore.
