“Mufasa: The Lion King” was the big winner at the Quimper box office from December 18 to 24 with 2,764 votes in the first week of operation. The former leader “Moana 2” (1,785 spectators – 12,628 in one month) falls to second place. “En fanfare” (782 entries, 608 previously) completes the top three. “Twenty Gods” is in fourth place with 497 entries. An entrant “Under nuts” (452) climbs into the first third
in the weekly Top 15. The first results of “Kraven The Hunter”, seventh, are modest: 371 votes. “Sarah Bernardt, the divine”, eleventh, starts at 290 entries. Much lower still, the other new releases “A Family Christmas” (104 supports), “Tony, Shelly and the Magic Light” (112), “Oh, Canada” (77), “Everybody Loves Touda” (65), “At the heart of the volcanoes: requiem for Katia and Maurice Krafft” (44), “2046” (38), “The Wall” (37) and “The beautiful role” (34) are not in the Top 15. In the end, 11,017 spectators (9,011 at Cinéville, 2,006 at Katorza) were counted in the city's cinemas. A correct score up around 30% compared to the score from December 11 to 17.
