A high-end aparthotel will open its doors in Paris in February 2025. The Locke group will inaugurate its first establishment in France with the Glass Gardenlocated in the 5th arrondissement of the capital, a stone's throw from the Pantheon and the Jardin des Plantes.

The merger of two mansions and a factory

A luxury establishment which will have no less than 145 rooms divided into 11 categories, including two prestigious suites – the Bégonia Suite and the Penthouse Suite. The establishment will also have a gym, a yoga studio, a café, a magnificent interior courtyard for fresh dining, a “spectacular” triple-height restaurant, in the atrium, with bar, terrace and cocktail bar!

The current building results from the merger of two 16th century mansions and a 19th century industrial factory. Visitors will enter through a former 18th-century Parisian residence, located on a street once known for its public gardens.

“Its unique design is inspired by the historical origins of the site, combining natural materials and industrial touches in a refined and warm setting,” reveals the establishment.

Rooms rent from 275 euros per night for a City Studio with a balcony.
