This Wednesday, January 22, the two songs of the finalists of the Star AcademyMarine and Ebony, were revealed on all listening platforms. Fans of the TF1 show were able to discover the rearrangement of My fault as well as Unforgettable.
Marine is disappointed with her performance in the Star Academy
In the daily broadcast that same day on TF1, the two young women also presented their respective titles in front of the teaching staff. However, at the end of her performance, Marine did not seem satisfied with her interpretation, which deeply moved her.
“I sang super out of tune, I’m disappointed. (…) I don’t understand, in fact this song is too hard, that’s the problem, too difficult, there are too many levels” she confided with a bit of humor with tears in her eyes.
However, she was able to count on the support of the teachers, who wanted to reassure her after her performance.

The finalist of the show then had to continue with an open-hearted text, expressing her feelings following her participation in the TF1 program.
“I experienced the whole adventure, I thought about leaving the first week, then, each time I was appointed. I got more than I hoped for, even if now I admit that I want to win and follow the dream. This adventure was a rebirth for me, as I often say, on several levels. First musically, thanks to the progress I made and the discoveries of my voice and styles that I love, then on a human level, I felt for the first time…” she read before being overcome by emotion: “Oh no” she said out loud before managing to finish her text: “really in my place and happy. I gave of myself, perhaps a little too much in hindsight, but in any case, I wouldn’t have lasted three minutes being someone else. I prefer to be myself and sincere with the audience. Speaking of the audience, that too is a surprise for me. So much support and love, it gave me a lot of strength during the adventure. I know that I have always lived with doubts and confidence, it’s not really that, it’s part of me, but hey I’m still trying to improve. Thank you for this season. This adventure changed my life and now I hope to be able to change the lives of others with my life and my music“.
