We find there in particular the strong testimony of Maëva CouckeMiss Nord – Pas-de-Calais 2017 then Miss France 2018.
A testimony to be found this Wednesday evening on France 2
The report, called Cybersexism: why so much hatred?gives a voice to these women, often young, victims of filthy comments on social networks. We hear Anne-Liz, harassed and cyberharassed throughout her schooling, Manon, a young content creator aged 23, victim of a masculinist raid, and therefore Maëva Coucke, former Miss France.
After her election, at the age of 23, Maëva Coucke was criticized and insulted on social networks, particularly in relation to her weight. “From there I had ‘broomsticks’, ‘anorexic’, ‘breadboard’… I found criticisms that I had experienced when I was younger but in college,” she confides.
As a reminder, Miss France 2018 grew up in Pas-de-Calais, in Boulogne-sur-Mer. “I come from my small town, from my small countryside. I don’t know anything about the TV world or anything. I really realize that the crown is going to bring me some small problems behind. »
Maëva Coucke remained strong despite the torrent of hatred she received. “It’s at that moment where, ultimately, you shouldn’t get carried away by it all because I could have cried about it every day. » Find the testimony of the former Miss France this Wednesday January 22 from 10:45 p.m. on France 2.
