An artistic adventure in the heart of Toulouse with the Potières workshop-boutique

The Potières workshop-boutique is ideally located on Rue des Potiers. What a bargain! The place was predestined. Everything happened very quickly, since their meeting for Océane Poulaine, 23 years old, the blonde from Toulouse and Chloé Terral, 28 years old, the brunette from Aveyron, the creators of their workshop installed a stone’s throw from the Grand Rond since last June. They also present a selection of handcrafted pieces made in the region by women artists. But above all, they want to make a living from their art while welcoming local artisans. “I like to make objects that are out of the ordinary like Japanese Donburi bowls” admits Océane. “I have a blast modeling with the coil technique on large pieces,” says Chloé.

As Valentine’s Day approaches, the space transforms into a veritable Alibaba cave for craft lovers. Beyond the ceramic pieces by Chloé and Océane, customers can discover many gift ideas. There you will find scented candles, jewelry, lampshades, socks made from natural materials, handmade notebooks, as well as small well-being items like seed hot water bottles.
