A “beautiful love story” that ended. Actress Laurence Arné confirmed her separation from comedian Dany Boon in the columns of the Tribune Dimanche. The two actors separated during the summer, after six years of relationship, she informed our colleagues, while she is currently showing in “Mur Mure” at the Théâtre de la Michodière in Paris.
The couple had been together since 2018, and formalized their relationship in 2021, during an interview with Dany Boon on RTL. They met on set about ten years ago, the 42-year-old actress had also given him the answer in “Radin!” », of which he was the director.
Four films together
We found them in “La Ch’tite famille” in 2018, where they already played a couple, while the actor-director’s character is the victim of amnesia after a coma and reconnects with his northern origins. Three years later, they starred in “8, rue de l’Humanité”, a comedy released on Netflix inspired by the setbacks of confinement.
-Laurence Arné finally chose to go behind the camera for the first time in the spring, releasing “The Hennedricks Family” in June 2024. She played the leading role alongside her 58-year-old companion, again a couple. A blended family going on a road trip to strengthen ties, a scenario which on paper could echo their personal situation.
The two stars of the world of cinema were each already parents of children from previous unions: Laurence Arné is the mother of a 12-year-old boy, Raphaël, while Dany Boon has five children, four boys and a girl, aged 14 at 27 years old.
