Good luck or bad luck? In the editorial office, we don’t necessarily agree. This Monday, January 20, 2025, a Frenchman found five of six numbers to find to win the Loto jackpot. He was only missing the last one, the “lucky number”.
Result: he will have to “settle” for 175,287 euros and 40 cents. A tidy sum, but light years away from the jackpot: 10 million euros.
34 players win 1258 euros
The numbers to find were 6, 19, 28, 36, 40 and the lucky number, 2.
At the same time, 34 players share the joy of being rank 3 winners, and will be able to increase their bank account by some 1,258 euros and 30 cents.
The second draw, (14, 19, 33, 39 and 44), allowed 210 grids to be validated, thus offering 622 euros and 60 cents to the owners.
-And ten lucky people win 20,000 euros
And as is the case with every draw from now on, the Française des jeux has drawn 10 codes (a letter then nine numbers), which allow those who have the corresponding code to win 20,000 euros.
And this, even without having found a single number drawn at random.
Next draw Wednesday
The next Loto drawing will therefore take place on Wednesday January 22, 2025. Not won so far, the jackpot therefore increases to 11 million euros.
