Diddl, created in 1990 by German illustrator Thomas Goletz, had its heyday in the 2000s before disappearing in 2010. But good news for the most nostalgic: the famous mouse will be relaunched in a new collection of products, available in October 2025, announced Kontiki, the Lyon-based company which distributes the brand in the country.
The return of Diddl notebooks, pens and soft toys
“This timeless brand has left its mark on millions of French people. […] We want to bring together fans from the beginning and give them the opportunity to pass on this tender and colorful universe to a new generation. Diddl is much more than a mouse: it is an intergenerational link,” declared Pierre-Marin Calemard, general director of Kontiki, in a press release.

In this new collection, you will find stationery, writing, luggage, soft toys and even a range of cosmetic products. There will, of course, be the famous scented notepads.
This 2025 collection will be available in a selection of partner stores throughout France and on the Kontiki online store.
