La Gruyere | Bulle: Mélanie Rouiller is the new head of the Culture Department

Mélanie Rouiller takes over as head of the Culture Department of the city of Bulle. She replaces Serge Rossier, who will now devote himself exclusively to the Gruérien Museum and the library.

BULL. Cultural delegate in Bulle since 2023, Mélanie Rouiller will head the city’s Culture Department this January (three people in total at varying percentages). She thus replaces Serge Rossier. Hired in 2021, the latter combined the function of director of the Gruérien Museum and the library (at 60%) and that of head of the Culture Department (at 40%).
