It’s swinging before you even enter the track. On February 7, TF1 will launch season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars”. But the flagship program on the front page is already making headlines with the announcement on Wednesday by Anthony Colette himselfof his non-participation in the show hosted by Camille Combal. The star dancer of the show does not seem to have had a choice… An announcement which made singer Natasha St-Pier react.
A link with the clash between Inès Reg and Natasha St-Pier?
The ouster of Anthony Colette, who joined “DALS” in 2017, caused many fans of the program to react. Many make the link with last season, where the dancer found himself at the heart of the clash between the actress and comedian Inès Reg and her partner, Natasha St-Pier, backstage. Since then, Anthony Colette, like Christophe Licata, had admitted to having been the victim of threats after the affair which had been widely reported in the media.
The loss of a “rare pearl”
“I don’t know anyone as kind and human as you,” commented Natasha St-Pier, after the announcement of Anthony Colette’s departure. This show loses a rare gem. All the fans will miss you. Your kindness and your gentleness, your talent. There will remain a huge void at the Olivier studios and on this floor. I am happy and proud to have shared this last season, this last dance, with you. Beautiful and great projects await you but here now my heart is sad. »
A page is therefore turning, even if the announcement of the departure of one of the star dancers of “Dancing with the Stars”, who had notably shared the bill with the ex-Miss France Iris Mittenaere and Amandine Petit, or even with actresses Elsa Esnoult and Lucie Lucas, will further fuel discussions before the launch of season 14.
