Sidath Sarr pays the price for the elimination of Teungueth FC in the Senegal Cup. The reigning champion announced the dismissal of coach Sarr just after the defeat against DUC (1-0).
“Teungueth FC announces the amicable termination of the contract binding it with its head coach Sidath Sarr and his assistant Assane Diallo. We wish them every success in their future projects”announced the TFC in a press release.
Beaten by Dakar Université Club (DUC) (1-0) in the 32nd final of the Senegal Cup, TFC suffered a third consecutive defeat in all competitions. One defeat too many for the leaders of the reigning champion who prefer to part ways with coach Sidath Sarr.
Teugueth FC occupies 6th place in the ranking with 13 points after 11 contested days. This Sunday he will travel to Alioune Sitoé Diatta to face Casa Sports.
