the essential
Last year, the Home and Decoration Show was a success in terms of attendance and professional contacts. On January 24, 25 and 26 at Maison Delmas, the show is diversifying.

For the second edition of the Home and Decoration Show in the premises of Maison Delmas (the former furniture store), Jean-Philippe Delmas pushed the partitions and opened the participation wide. The 2025 show, which will take place on January 24, 25 and 26, will occupy 1,200 m2 instead of 900 m2 the previous year.

It will be able to count on the participation of nearly sixty companies instead of thirty-eight. They will be distributed over several poles. In that dedicated to construction – structural work and finishing work – we will find well-known local companies such as Dias, the Blick brothers, Tenza, but also real estate agencies, interior architects and designers.
The interior design division will welcome kitchen designers (Blanc furniture) and recognized professionals such as Clergue Agencement, Blanc Agencement (Briatexte), Lignum (Técounais Sylvain Pouget) and Flip Design.

Energy savings will have their place in the Show: heat pumps, insulation, various solar solutions, electricians. From Concept Solaire () to Façade Alu 81 (Lisle-sur-Tarn) around ten companies will be present on this theme.

At the Decoration pole will be represented Espolitaco, the collective of Lislois craftsmen, speakers on sculptures and murals, the Atelier du Pastel (Clémentine) and – for exterior fittings – swimming pool designers, landscapers, pruning company with Vie et Véranda (Albi), Ambiance Paysage, Al Tarn Élag or even Tenza Paysage.

The casting – this is a desire of Jean-Philippe Delmas – gives first place to local companies, without excluding those who come from a little further away. Advice workshops will be held with professionals: Saturday at 2 p.m. on interior design, Sunday at 11 a.m. (outside) and 3 p.m. on energy savings. No Salon Jean-Philesque without an aperitif-concert, that’s the rule of the game.

Friday it’s the pop rock trio LOL who will take the stage, Saturday it will be the turn of Sophie and the Vide-Greniers for covers of hits taken out of the attic and dusted off, along with some surprise new releases. Over the three days, the show is expected to see more than a thousand visitors. The precedent had been fruitful for companies which had registered numerous appointments.
