While only four years ago, the Loisirs et Partage association had only around thirty members, there would be 105 in 2024 and “we think there will be even more of us this year”explained Pierrette Avenet, president of the association. In this sense, the village hall was full on Thursday January 9 afternoon for the general assembly.
Dynamic, this association offers meetings, games and hikes every two weeks on Thursdays in the village hall or outdoors, a memory workshop once a month on Mondays and, almost every month, a visit is organized, as well as an annual trip.
> Programme 2025. Very rich and varied, the program for 2025, in addition to Thursday afternoons and memory workshops, includes training in emergency actions; Thursday January 16, the association will travel to the show The 12 Coups de midi ; Friday March 14, release Holiday on ice in Tours; from April 5 to 12, trip to Corsica with Génération Mouvement; Tuesday May 6, visit to Giverny (Eure); from May 17 to 27, bike ride from Athée-sur-Cher to Ouistreham (Calvados); from May 11 to 18, trip to the Luberon; from June 10 to 19, Pearls of Portugal cruise; Thursday June 26, visit to the gardens of Maulévrier (Maine-et-Loire); from June 29 to July 6, stay in Brittany; September 4, discovery of Bourges (Cher); from October 4 to 11, second trip to Corsica; October 12, lottery; November 23, meal at Laurières (Saint-Martin-le-Beau); and, to end the year, a trip around December 6 and 7 to Épinal (Vosges), Saint-Nicolas-de-Port (Meurthe-et-Moselle), Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and to the Belcourt cabaret ( Saint-Nabord, Vosges), followed on December 18 by the Christmas snack. “There is always the possibility of taking driving courses in Chambray-lès-Tours”specified Pierrette Avenet.
> Contributions. The amount of the contribution to the association remains at €20.
> Bureau 2025. At the end of the general meeting, Pierrette Avenet was reappointed as president. The rest of the office: treasurer, Sylvie Marchand; assistant, Martine Trochu; secretary, Marie Baudrier; assistant, Josette Martin.
