Bob Marley in the spotlight in Fleury-d’Aude. On Saturday January 25, as part of its programming, the Théâtre + Cinéma Scène nationale Grand Narbonne, offers a theater show entitled “Bob et moi”. The latter will take place at the Hangar, located at 36, avenue du Général-De-Gaulle in Fleury-d’Aude, from 8 p.m. Carried by Alexandre Virapin from the Bajour Collective, this show is co-hosted with the municipality. Through the eyes of a child, he invites us to (re)discover Bob Marley, the legendary king of reggae. A 10-year-old boy, suffering from insomnia, discovers the music of Bob Marley by chance, and this encounter will turn his life upside down. “Alongside him, we embark on a captivating journey, from Kingston to Miami. Through a touching story, mixing small and big stories, actor Alexandre Virapin, from the Bajour collective, tells how a man born in the Jamaican ghetto reached the status legendary for his musical genius and the scope of his message of peace. The 10-year-old child was him. And Bob Marley influenced his career as much as his vision of the world. The show lasts an hour and a quarter. It is accessible from 14 years old.
