What to do on the Côte d’Azur this weekend from January 10 to 12, 2025?

Culture is at the rendezvous of this back-to-school weekend which smells of truffles…

> Theater

Private screening… or almost

The play by Jean-Michel Ribes performed at Anthéa (January 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15) refers to the absurd based on a plot which, at its beginnings, has something quite classic. A couple who do not share the same tastes, the arrival of a young woman in the apartment. No dishes breaking, no names of birds because there is a fourth character, the television, who suddenly “imposes its order of unreality”. Jubilant.

Cyrano de in

Produced and directed by Gil Marsalla, talented boss of the Riviera company Directo Productions, this musical is the adaptation of the eponymous work by Edmond Rostand. Cyrano de Bergerac is a 100% Riviera production which strictly respects the plot and development of the play by transposing it to contemporary times. It is from Roxane that this new version is enriched with dance and choreography by Olivier Matheron performed by eight dancers. On stage, Cyrano is a brilliant songwriter, working in the shadows, secretly in love and confidant of Roxane, a ravishing young woman who dreams of being a prima ballerina and falls in love with a seductive bad boy, a singer by profession. and produced by the cynical and unscrupulous De Guiche.
Stéphane Brunello is the musical director and will be on stage on guitar with pianist Sébastien Machado. Cyrano will have the voice of Alain Gorla, Roxane that of Joséphine Cosoleto, Christian that of Romain Dos Santos, De Guiche that of Bertrand Borgognone, and the narrator will be the actress Isabelle Servol.
