For the new edition of the (North) carnival, the official poster was unveiled this Wednesday, January 8, marking the launch of the festivities which will take place from January 11 to April 27.

She’s finally here. The poster for the Dunkirk carnival was unveiled this Wednesday, January 8 in Fort-Mardyck (North), in the presence of Grégory Bartholoméus, departmental councilor, Marjorie Eloy, deputy mayor of Dunkirk, and Christophe Claeys, mayor of Saint-Pol- sur-Mer (North).

The poster, rich in color with many masked faces and decorated with emblematic buildings, is called “Carnival 2025 so many masks to love”. It is already visible on the Facebook account of the city of Dunkirk.

The design of this symbolic poster was entrusted to a Dunkirk resident. This time, it was Samuel Bernard, a local artist, who was chosen to create this festive poster.

To find out better, the city of Dunkirk invites residents to go to the Coraire application. A scratch game will allow you to discover “the 9 pitchounes from the poster and why not use them as wallpaper during Carnival 2025”, specifies the city in a post published on Facebook.

THE festivities of the Dunkirk carnival will begin on January 11 and end on April 27.
