New for 2025, Sous les Tilleuls invites the public, from January, to explore each person’s artistic potential through mixed techniques and fun exercises.

Using a unique methodology, created over her years of experience and research, Jessica Bir (artist author, artistic mediator and art therapist), will accompany participants in this experience.

The sessions will take place on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., on the following dates: January 13 and 27, February 10, March 3, 17 and 31, April 7 and 28, May 12 and 26, June 9 and 23.

Session 1: State of oneself, of one’s creativity.

Session 2: Listen and release your intuition (writing, collage, crafts).

Session 3: Challenge yourself and introduce yourself to techniques.

Session 4: Reawaken the game and give shape.

Session 5: Regain confidence and spontaneity (theatrical games).

Session 6: Discovery of artistic techniques (mixed techniques).

Session 7: Drawing inspiration from… (mixed techniques).

Session 8: Strengthen your imagination (mixed techniques).

Session 9: Name differently, take a step aside, question the scales and take detours.

Session 10: Sharpen your critical sense, learn to look, capture different points of view.

Session 11: Working on an idea (brainstorming technique, associative technique, etc.).

Session 12: Solve problems with creativity, regain psychic movement within yourself.
