Organized by the municipality, in close collaboration with Udca traders and participating associations, the market won the hearts of residents and visitors. The 2024 edition was rich in entertainment and emotions. It brought together a large audience and satisfied all generations thanks to a festive atmosphere. The success of this event is largely based on the active involvement of municipal services, local merchants and dynamic associations who were able to create a magical and welcoming setting in the heart of the city center. The exhibitors, carefully selected, offered a variety of products ranging from artisanal delicacies to original gift ideas, including magical decorations. Throughout the day, the market vibrated to the rhythm of the activities offered: drawing competition organized by Apeep: the children were able to express their creativity by illustrating the spirit of Christmas, a flashmob: the Univers danse association invited the public several times to dance on the beautiful red carpet installed for the occasion by the Udca. A shit dude giant exceptional organized par the escola de català del Voló: a Catalan tradition that caused a sensation, bringing laughter and life to the rambla with songs and surprises for curious little ones. Christmas parade and red carpet: ready-to-wear retailers Aux Pépites du Sud and Meilleur Chance offered, with the help of volunteer models, a festive and elegant parade. Snacks, inflatable games and rides offered: special attention from the municipality was paid to families, allowing the youngest to have fun for free in a secure space and a Christmas snack was offered to all the children! Santa Claus took the time to pose for photos in the pretty Christmas chalet set up on the Rambla. The day ended in style with a musical evening organized by the traders, where the atmosphere was provided by the group Sense veu. A moment of sharing and joy, which perfectly embodied the festive spirit of Christmas.
