For its traditional end-of-year concert, the Brasserie de la Divatte invites two rock cover bands. The evening will begin at 8:30 p.m. with a concert by Wisdom H, “a group made up of experienced musicians who bring the great hits of the Anglo-Saxon 70’s by favoring melodies over noise”, as they introduce themselves. On the program: Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Clapton, Dylan, ZZ Top, Rolling Stones, Police… but also French rock with titles borrowed from Cabrel, Eddy Mitchell, Ange, Triangle and even Paul Personne.
The evening will continue, around 10 p.m., with the concert of Plugin-Cover, an acoustic/electric duo who are in hard rock covers from the 60s to today. All with “a repertoire that is out of the ordinary”, they promise. Like Bill Haley and The Comets, ELO, Peter Frampton and Suzi Quatro, who rub shoulders with great classics like AC/DC, Scorpions and the Rolling Stones. Knowing that Rihanna and Adèle are also part of their set list.
Craft beers and burgers
The public will therefore be able to enjoy for free of these two concerts while quenching your thirst at the bar of the brewery which produces the local Trompe-Souris beer but also Buck and Grue Jaune. On the catering side, it is the food truck “La cabin à Ju”specializing in burgers, who will officiate.
“We will also offer a raffle with surprise gifts to be won,” says Ludivine Herel, communications and events manager. “The idea is, like every year, to have a good evening during the end-of-year holidays.”
Saturday, December 21 from 8:30 p.m. at the Brasserie Artisanale de la Divatte, at Norestier in Divatte-sur-Loire. Free entry. Reservations recommended (but not obligatory) for meals (to transmit quantities to the food truck) on 02 40 33 38 94.
