It is at the entrance to the town of Pélissanne, along the path of swallowsthat a new Ange bakery will open its doors on Friday December 27 next.
Two months after the opening of another Ange bakery in Salon-de-Provence (avenue de Wertheim), Catherine Lavallée takes up the challenge of this seventh opening right in the heart of the end-of-year celebrations.
Originally from Montreal, Catherine Lavallée discovered the world of baking by joining her father’s in Saint-Mitre-les-remparts. His desire to undertake led him to ANGE, which allowed him to develop his ideas and desires with several franchises in the region, notably in the Étang de Berre area: she opened its first bakery in Istresfollowed by those of Fos-sur-Mer, Istres, Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts and Martigues.
The Ange de Pélissanne bakery will have around ten employees
Catherine Lavallée says it: “The opening of this seventh bakery also makes me impatient and determined than the first. This location in the village of Pélissanne delights me. I look forward to welcoming the first customers and introducing them to our great products alongside my new team.”
The new ANGE bakery in Pélissanne extends over 240 m2, and will have around ten employees recruited in the region. It will be open Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
