The verdict is in for the magazine William at noon ! While the teams hoped that the daily mid-day show hosted by William Leymergie would be switched to Star, finally, the management of the Canal+ Group has decided that it will not be renewed after the closure of C8, according to information from our colleagues at Le Parisien. A hard blow for the host and his team of columnists: Caroline Ithurbide, Antoni Ruiz, Caroline Delage, Caroline Munoz… The daily teams have already been informed of the cessation of the show after the closure of the channel, scheduled for February 28, 2025.
Will William Leymergie bounce back on Cnews?
Despite a difficult start when it was launched in September 2017, the daily newspaper hosted by William Leymergie eventually found its audience. In 2023, the show experienced an audience increase of 20%, bringing together an average of 287,000 viewers, for a 3.2% audience share, even becoming the leader of TNT in this time slot. “ This latency time was beneficial to us in refining the program.
