Screenings, prices, programming: what will be the organization of the Moirans-en-Montagne cinema from January 2025?

From an accounting standpoint, a municipal management system will be integrated into the municipal budget.

General public sessions, school sessions, partnerships…

During the year 2025 and as part of the cinematographic cultural project, the objective is to offer: five general public sessions per week as well asanimation (support for films and audiences), image education during school sessions, events (Cin’Espiègle, Toile des Mômes, movie snacks, movie concerts) as well as partnerships with local structures and associations (Idéklic, Christmas in Toyland, media library, toy museum).

Regarding prices, those that were previously applied are maintained. Only the subscription for 10 places will be €55 instead of €60 previously. At the organizational level, two conventions will be signed with the La Fraternelle association to put an end to the previous activity and a second to establish the framework for a new collaboration.

Additional subsidies

In addition, the municipality has received good news, since the work planned at the cinema level (for an amount of 486,606 euros as part of the larger project of the village hall (for a total amount of €2,210,576) will be able to benefit from additional subsidies from the CNC (National Cinema Center) of €103,612 and the Bourgogne Franche-Comté Region for €40,000 for the modernization of a cinema roomin addition to the subsidies already planned.

For the first weekend of January 2025, the new team of projectionists will be able to count on the presence of the projectionist from La fraternelle.
