“An architecture that shelters life”
Exposition. A photographic portrait of La Paillade. For this project, documentary photographer Marielle Rossignol set up shop in public space and entrusted residents with telling her about their territory. From the Malbosc hill to the football stadium, from the Gloriette waterfall to the immense mineral tree of Pierresvives, she has compiled bits of stories: childhood memories, philosophical reflections, demands, songs, anecdotes…

Small formats & derived objects
Exposition. An exhibition for the general public which allows the discovery of sixteen artists whose formats make it easier to hang and carry a work of art in your shoes. Luminous Odyssey
Animation. Marvelous landscapes populated by fantastic creatures and above all nearly a thousand spectacular light infrastructures. Discover the Northern Lights, savannah animals, dragons, pandas, and many others. During your visit, a magical show with giant bubbles, magical illuminations and a drone show takes place on the esplanade in front of the castle at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Duration of the visit (exhibition and show): approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

“A Trip to the Moon”
Spectacle. Fairy opera in 4 acts and 23 scenes by Jacques Offenbach (1819 – 1880), with a libretto by Albert Vanloo, Eugène Leterrier and Arnold Mortier after Jules Verne. At a hectic pace, the show imagined six years before “The Tales of Hoffmann” unfolds its gags, misunderstandings and colorful spoken dialogues. In passing, we will realize that the themes which agitated society in the 19th century are still those which govern the world in 2024!

“At Social”
Movie theater. Documentary (1h24) by Gilles Perret. The astonishing history of Social Security. Followed by a discussion around Social Food Security developed in Montpellier. The discussions will continue around an aperitif concocted at the cooking workshop of the Vrac & Cocinas association and with cheese from Morgane Bara: “Your tarts, beautiful baguettes and other nibbles are welcome to complete the buffet”.
