The iconic rapper of the 2000s makes his return with “Capitale du crime Radio”, an album in collaboration with 22 guest singers. Exile in the United States, questioning, relationship with the new generation… He looks back on his ten years of absence.

Facing a teapot, La Fouine looks back on the night when he artistically returned to the world. It was April 25, 2024. The man with the bushy chin then signed a nice appearance at the Flammes – the Victoires de la musique du rap. He sings his biggest hits, with care and finesse. In the audience, his peers from the past and present stand up to applaud him. That night, the video of his performance was shared endlessly on social networks. We remember that Laouni Mouhid, 42 years old, was one of the major figures of French rap in the mid-2000s. And that he is not yet a veteran, despite ten years of crossing the desert and of exile. Since then, requests have multiplied. La Fouine becomes the darling returned from the past with his hits, gold and platinum records. His concert in April at Bercy was sold out – the places sold out at lightning speed. A second date has been scheduled.
