On May 13, 2024, New Caledonia was hit by a major crisis which disrupted the lives of its inhabitants. Yet, in the midst of this turmoil, many Caledonians have chosen to respond through art. Offbeat music videos, animated short films, hilarious parodies or improvised stand-ups: these creations, often shared on social networks, demonstrate boundless creativity.
With Chaotik Art, New Caledonia the 1st invites you to discover these productions, sometimes funny, sometimes upsetting, but always authentic. This special program offers a unique look at this period, oscillating between lightness and depth, to reveal the talent and imagination of Caledonians in the face of adversity.
While some works mock tragedy, others capture the vulnerability and concerns of the creators. Through a montage of one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes, Chaotik Art promises you a journey to the heart of the diversity of human emotions, between life-saving humor and poignant testimonies.
For this exceptional evening, Chaotik Art will be hosted by Eneoff, a young influencer of Malian origin and a well-known figure in New Caledonia. Positive, dynamic and close to the public, Eneoff will bring his contagious energy to this show, paying homage to these unique creations.
